Hello, my name is Luke Pavlat. I was born and raised in Pella, Iowa where I also attended Central College for my undergraduate degree. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training. Along with my clinical duties I was a strength and conditioning intern in the Central Strength program. In my time at Central College, I was also a member of the Dutch Track and Field team where I was a javelin thrower for five years. In the summer of 2021, I participated in an internship at the Air Force academy with their football program. Upon graduation I passed my BOC exam for athletic training along with the CSCS exam for strength and conditioning. I am now a certified athletic trainer, licensed athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. During my fifth year I was also the athletic trainer at Pella Christian High School where I got a year’s worth of professional clinical experience.

Jack Krueger

Hello! My name is Jack Krueger. I am originally from Wakefield, Kansas and attended Ottawa University (Ottawa, KS) for my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I interned with the Braves Athletic Performance staff at Ottawa for 2 years as well as completing a summer internship with Strength and Conditioning at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am very blessed and excited to be in Winona and work with athletes from Winona State University, Cotter Schools, and Winona Senior High School!
