Strength & Speed / Agility Training

These sessions will focus on getting athletes bigger, faster, and stronger.

Strength Training Session 1

  • Grades: 7-8*

  • Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
  • June 4 – July 1 from 7:30-8:30 AM

  • July 9 – August 12 from 8:30-9:30 AM

  • *Grades 9-12 can attend if session 2 does not work.

Strength Training Session 2

  • Grades: 7-8*

  • Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
  • June 4 – July 1 from 8:30-9:30 AM

  • July 9 – August 12 from 9:30-10:30 AM

  • *Grades 7-8 can attend if session 1 does not work.

Strength Training Session 3

  • Grades: 7-8*

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays

  • June 4 – July 1 from 8:00-9:00 AM

  • July 9 – August 12 from 9:00-10:00 AM

  • *Those who need to make up a workout or would like to get an additional workout can attend.

Speed and Agility

  • *INCLUDED with your Strength Training Registration

  • Grades: 7-12

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays

  • June 4 – July 1 from 7:00-7:45 AM

  • July 9 – August 12 from 7:45-8:30 AM

  • *Starting July 9, an additional strength training session will be added at either 7:30 AM or 10:30 AM to accommodate girls’ basketball players who will attend the basketball skills session from 8:30-10:30 AM.
