Strength Training Session 1
Grades: 7-8*
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
June 4 – July 1 from 7:30-8:30 AM
July 9 – August 12 from 8:30-9:30 AM
*Grades 9-12 can attend if session 2 does not work.

Speed and Agility

*Starting July 9, an additional strength training session will be added at either 7:30 AM or 10:30 AM to accommodate girls’ basketball players who will attend the basketball skills session from 8:30-10:30 AM.
